Systems Integration and Testing - Rack 'n Stack

Global offers Systems Integration and Testing services through relationships with our  partners that include: systems analysis, design, development, testing, and integration by utilizing state of the art database and Web development technologies. We utilize project management concepts of the Project Management Institute and provide complete program/project management services for complex systems integration issues.
 
These services also include telecommunications network engineering for enterprise level systems architecture.  Our partners possess certifications in Cisco, Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft products.  Working closely with our Customers, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive information technology solutions for mission critical business solutions.

These communications System and Network Integration services include Performance Analysis, High Availability, Reliability, Scalability and Flexibility.  Strong software expertise in product life cycle comes from over 50 years combined experience in Assembly, C, C++, JAVA, Enterprise Java Beans and J2EE components including Web based user interface solutions.  Services include but are not limited to:

Inter-operability Services

One of the time consuming issues of evaluating new platforms for delivery to the network is not just whether the product performs as advertised, but whether it behaves well with other platforms and systems that it will likely interface. Performance testing is completed to accomplish this task.  This type of testing helps define the limits of operation for a piece of equipment. 

Because most equipment is interconnected with systems already in the network, determining the performance of new equipment with existing network elements is a necessity.   As necessary, Global offers through partners a mediation role between suppliers when network elements do not inter-operate.  We approach this as our customer responsibility to make the integration of equipment into the network as effortless as possible.

Planning and Design

Installation and Integration

Proper installation and integration are key to ensuring long-term performance and reliability for the data center, and Through our partner, ACS Dataline we offer custom data center installations conducted to the highest standards.  They confidently offer a lifetime limited warranty on any product they install; should any part ever fail, they will correct the issue free of charge.

Warehousing and Logistics

Through our facility in Ventura, California, Global can provide customized warehouse and logistics services such as building kits, cutting and distribution of fiber optic cable, testing, light assembly, repackaging, storage, shipping and many others.

Shipping and Receiving

Global has developed specific procedures for its warehouse staff that are closely monitored and measured as it relates to our shipping and receiving processes and job related tasks. We have partnered with local and national carriers to ship equipment/product anywhere in the US at very competitive prices. Program/Project Management

Our project management services are designed to provide maximum project success objectives utilizing certified project managers that employ state of the art methods and software programs. Our project manager’s act as the primary customer interface, participate in joint proposal development, manage the project schedule, provide detailed status reports, and handle problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Kitting/Labeling/Bar Coding

Global presently builds 120 installation kits to include with battery strings supplied by Global for Project Lightspeed.  We provide full kitting or product bundling services to meet Customer specifications and delivery time requirements. This ensures complete shipments of product components associated with each site. As part of our site documentation we attach detailed records of kit contents which include part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, configuration records, testing records, etc. Labeling and bar coding are also commonly provided services.

Sourcing and Assembly

Global is currently sourcing parts in support of our business with a Fortune 100 client through a local WBE that fabricates parts for Global on behalf of our partner.  This metal fabricator builds to our client’s specifications just about any metal component from very simple to very complex.  These “accessories” are then shipped to Global to be assembled onto the OEMs products prior to shipment.  This arrangement allows our Fortune 100 client to discontinue the manufacture of piece parts and focus on their technology business and it saves our client time and expense of assembling the components at their staging center or in the field during installation.
